Aaron Coleman is enVista’s Vice President of Human Capital, bringing over 25 years of experience in human resources and operations. Aaron’s areas of expertise include strategic planning, talent acquisition, talent/performance management, change management, employee engagement and benefits administration.
Prior to enVista, Aaron was an independent HR Consultant where he focused on helping small-to-mid sized companies develop and implement human resource best practices. Aaron has experience supporting and growing companies through successful scaling strategies. Previous to independent consulting, he spent several years in key human resource roles as an HR Business Partner for the Indiana University School of Medicine and Human Resources Director for Pharmakon LTC Pharmacy. In those roles, Aaron launched talent acquisition initiatives to source and recruit top talent, developed onboarding and training to upskill talent and created leader-friendly tools to facility KPI-based decision-making.

In addition to serving as the enVolved committee ELT sponsor with enVista, Aaron is an active board member for a local out-of-school non-profit, At Your School (AYS), since 2017, where he serves as both HR Committee Chair and DEI Committee Co-Chair.
