Lolli & Pops currently operates out of 65 U.S.-based retail stores, ordering and shipping product direct-to and from stores through manufacturers and distributors. Lolli & Pops quickly realized that with 1,600 SKUs and no warehouse, it needed to better distribute its on-hand inventory throughout its store network and manage the store replenishment process through integrating with a 3PL.
