As Vice President of Retail at enVista, Julie excels in guiding clients through comprehensive business transformations, leveraging her 25 years of experience in merchandising, inventory and product lifecycle management. Her strategic acumen and holistic approach to optimizing people, processes and technology have enabled her clients to significantly increase efficiency and profitability. Recently, Julie led the development of a transformative strategy for a $1B multi-brand apparel retailer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
