INDIANAPOLIS – enVista<\/a>, a global software, consulting and managed services provider, optimizing and transforming both physical and digital commerce, and K\u00f6rber<\/a>, global supply chain technology leader from software to materials handling automation, have been selected to exponentially increase throughput for Titan Brands, Inc.<\/a> to meet heightening demands for its direct-to-consumer and marketplace fulfilment strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Titan has substantial growth plans over the next several years and stated a goal of an \u201corder-to-ship cycle\u201d within hours compared to its current customer service level of days. A key to achieving this competitive fulfilment timing is to provide real-time inventory availability combined with actual delivery timelines and shipping costs at the time the customer places an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Titan will leverage K\u00f6rber\u2019s Warehouse Management System (WMS)<\/a> to optimise fulfilment and labour productivity within the distribution centre to support Titan\u2019s goal. enVista\u2019s Order Management Software<\/a>, Enspire Commerce, will provide requisite enterprise inventory visibility to inventory available to promise (ATP), as well as shipment experience management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
