INDIANAPOLIS –\u00a0enVista<\/a>, a global software, consulting, managed services and automation solutions firm, optimizing and transforming both physical and digital commerce, today announces the acquisition of long-time partner HCM Systems, a systems integrator, specializing in customized, complex and highly integrated\u00a0conveyor hardware and software, controls, robotics, accessory equipment, installation and systems management for manufacturing and distribution-centric organisations. The acquisition was completed July 1, 2021.<\/p>\n
