This is enVista\u2019s ninth year being among SDCE\u2019s top supply chain projects.<\/p>\n<p>The Top Supply Chain Projects (formerly known as SDCE 100) spotlights successful and innovative transformation projects that deliver bottom-line value to small, medium and large enterprises across a range of supply chain functions.&nbsp;These projects show how supply chain solution and service providers help their customers and clients achieve supply chain excellence and prepare their supply chains for success.<\/p>\n<p>This year, enVista is recognized for its work with a national furniture and mattress retailer, deploying <a href=\"https:\/\/www.envistacorp.com\/microsoft-business-solutions\/microsoft-dynamics-365\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Microsoft Dynamics 365<\/a> (D365) and Power BI to aggregate data across the organisation, improve the customer experience and drive sales. In addition to Microsoft D365, enVista implemented our cloud-based unified commerce platform, Enspire Commerce, leveraging enVista\u2019s proven omnichannel consulting experience.<\/p>\n<p>enVista CEO, Jim Barnes, said, \u201cIt is an honor to have this project recognized as one of SDCE\u2019s top supply chain projects of the year. Integrated and intelligent ERP and unified commerce systems have been at the crux of success for all supply chains this year, and the rewards of having both assets are endless.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Barnes continued, \u201cFrom this project alone, the retailer saw simplified returns processing, decreased checkout times from 15 minutes to three minutes and enabled omnichannel strategies such as store transfers, ship from store, and buy online, pick up in store.
