enVista will be supporting its partnership with SAP by co-sponsoring a series of sessions in August aimed at educating the existing SAP customer base on the value of using SAP’s Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TM) solution suite as part of the S/4 Hana platform. enVista will highlight enhanced functionality within the SAP supply chain suite, which is capable of supporting a distribution environment focused on best practices.

“We saw an uptick in interest in shifting to SAP’s HANA platform,” said Davison Schopmeyer, managing partner of enVista. “In the past three months, we’ve done three projects with our clients wanting to compare SAP to best of breed solutions both in the United States and internationally.”

“The functionality within the new SAP supply chain suite is capable of supporting advanced customer requirements, including omni-channel distribution requirements and integration with advanced material handling equipment,” states Ken Mullen, managing partner, enVista. “We are excited to highlight the capabilities of the new version of SAP EWM to hundreds of existing SAP customers, including examples of our own customer success stories.”

enVista is currently implementing one of the largest and most complex SAP EWM implementations for a global 3PL in Europe. The project involves integration to advanced material handling equipment and will be capable of supporting 11,000 bin location deliveries per hour to over 125 kitting stations.
