Reading Time: 2 minutesINDIANAPOLIS – enVista, a leading supply chain consulting and IT services firm, is proud to announce it has been named one of the 100 Best Places to Work by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. The programme recognizes the best places to work across the state, and the honorees are determined based on results from anonymous employee surveys. As part of the survey, employees are asked to report on topics such as benefits, company policies and overall satisfaction.
“It is an incredible honor to be recognized based on our associates’ positive feedback,” said enVista President and CEO Jim Barnes. “As a professional services organisation, our talent and expertise are what set us apart. Accordingly, we heavily invest in our associates’ careers and foster a corporate culture centered on delivering results for clients. enVista’s growth has been fueled by our ability to attract and retain top talent, which in turn, has expanded our expertise and enabled us to win more new business and expand existing partnerships. Our associates are absolutely key to our success and we greatly appreciate their contributions.”
enVista was named among the Best Places to Work in the medium employer category, representing businesses that employed 75 to 249 people nationwide at the time of the survey.
Stephanie Newell, human capital leader at enVista, said, “We have always known enVista was a special place to work. There is a different type of energy here, and you can feel it when you walk in—people are genuinely happy to be here and feel passionate about what they’re doing. Earning a spot on the Best Places to Work list lets others know enVista is a place where associates enjoy a fulfilling career and know their time away from home is spent contributing to something meaningful for our clients.”
This year the Best Places to Work programme had a record-breaking number of applicants, making it extremely competitive.
“These are organisations that demonstrate to their employees through their culture, communication, career opportunities, benefits and more how much they value their contributions to the overall success and bottom line,” said Indiana Chamber President and CEO Kevin Brinegar. “This group truly showcases a cream of the crop of Hoosier employers.”
This is the first year enVista has been named to the Best Places to Work list. Specific rankings for the winning companies will be unveiled during an awards dinner on May 7.
