Demarco joined enVista in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic with the goal of driving financial strategy and company growth. Prior to enVista, Demarco has held several senior-level positions in both public and private firms from treasury and financial operations to business finance and investor relations, most recently as Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and Treasurer for Genesys, a global customer experience software provider.

In addition to Demarco’s many professional achievements in her more than two decades working in the finance industry, Michelle remains an active member of the philanthropic community, contributing significantly to her church’s Haitian ministry and leading the Gift of Water subgroup, which provides clean drinking water with low-technology solutions to over 900 households.
