As a partner, enVista is not trying to fit us in a box that is comfortable for them. It’s all about what the environment offers from an opportunity aspect and how we find technologies to best meet that.
enVista’s approach is a team approach. They didn’t attempt to create a solution before they came out and talked with us. They wanted to figure out what we had already figured out and they wanted to see where the holes were in our solution and they brought a whole team approach to that.
They are the experts in the field, so we have enlisted them to come in. We know our customers and we know the store experience we want to create. They have viewed a lot of supply chains so using that experience has been an important synergy.

Everyone was very hands-on, and it was a great working relationship that just clicked. Everyone at enVista was willing to put forth the extra effort to get the WMS upgrade done on time and on budget.
I’m glad I contracted with enVista to analyse our small package shipments. Without this analysis, there was no way I could be confident the new agreement our carrier had on the table was fair.
