INDIANAPOLIS (February 25, 2025) – enVista, a leading supply chain and enterprise solutions provider, today announces that it has made two new appointments to its Board of Advisors (Board). The Board was formed to foster strong and effective governance across the business. The incoming board members include Ana Dutra, an industry-renowned global, independent board director, and Jay Greyson, an experienced private equity and supply chain management professional.
Ana Dutra has more than 30 years of experience in governance, P&L and operational leadership, building and strategically advising multi-billion-dollar businesses. Dutra has previously been the CEO of Korn Ferry Consulting, The Executives’ Club of Chicago and has held senior leadership positions at Accenture, Marsh & McLennan, CSC and IBM. With deep expertise in several industries, including technology, professional services, CPG, manufacturing and retail, Dutra is poised to contribute valuable insight and strategic guidance to enVista’s leadership team.
Jay Greyson is a private equity professional and Co-founder and Partner in Supply Chain Equity Partners. Greyson combines an extensive sales and operations background with decades of investing experience to help accelerate growth and increase company value. His finance background, paired with operating experience in distribution, logistics, manufacturing, operations and more, uniquely positions him as a valuable addition to enVista’s advisory board. Greyson brings nearly 20 years of leadership experience on boards of directors.

INDIANAPOLIS (February 18, 2025) – enVista, a leading supply chain and enterprise solutions provider, announces substantial success in 2024, achieved through a client-first approach that has driven growth across its manufacturing, distribution and retail clients, as well as a significant year-over-year increase in net operating income.
The success of enVista’s clients translated into broader organisational growth. The company welcomed 63 new clients and expanded its engagements with 487 existing ones, reflecting the trust and value enVista brings to its partnerships. A few of the companies enVista worked with in 2024 include Marine Corps Community Services, Williams Sonoma, Sprouts Farmers Market, Vuori, Tiffany & Co., Ahold Delhaize and Tommy Bahama.
