Jim Barnes

Chief Executive Officer

Jim Barnes is the CEO at enVista and is a leading expert in supply chain and omnichannel transformation. Barnes co-founded enVista in 2002 with a focus on supply chain consulting and has since grown enVista’s services and software to be a market leader for end-to-end supply chain and enterprise technology solutions.
Barnes continues to lead the company in consistent and organic year-over-year growth, driving the company’s vision with deep expertise and innovative solutions to maximize and accelerate growth for clients. He has spent more than 30 years deploying supply chain and enterprise solutions to address complex challenges and maximize results for clients. With a passion for mentoring the next generation, Barnes is a motivational and transparent leader who fosters an entrepreneurial spirit.

Gene Bornac

SVP, Microsoft & Retail Groups Leader

As enVista’s Senior Vice President and Microsoft and Retail Groups Leader, Gene Bornac is a leading strategy and retail expert with an extensive track record of delivering highly successful client engagements.

Bornac brings more than 35 years of retail and consumer products expertise with a specialty in retail management at the store and district levels plus executive-level experience at multiple consulting firms and retail technology companies. His direct expertise in-store operations and buying, planning and forecasting have helped him as an industry consultant and software strategist to solve business and IT challenges for many leading retailers.

Prior to joining enVista, Bornac was SVP, Retail Practice Lead at Boston Retail Partners (BRP) and has held leadership positions at Manhattan Associates, CatchPoint 360 and Piedmont Retail Consulting.

Nate Rosier

SVP, Consulting Group Leader

Nate Rosier is enVista’s Senior Vice President and Consulting Group Leader, bringing over 25 years of experience in strategy and operations. Prior to enVista, Rosier was Chief Operating Officer for Dean and Deluca where he focused on international multi-channel growth while developing best practices in global gourmet food retail. Nate has experience creating successful strategies for more than 200 companies over the span of 25 years.

Previous to Dean and Deluca, he spent five years in corporate strategy roles as Vice President of Strategy at Sears Holdings. In those roles, Nate launched initiatives to include expanded categories, international expansion and new corporate ventures. He also managed the strategy consulting practice at CIBER. Rosier’s areas of expertise include corporate and operations strategy, turnarounds, operations excellence and leading organizational transformations.

Nate earned his MBA from Harvard Business School as well as degrees from the West Point and UC Berkeley. He served as a Captain in the U.S. Army.

Mike Kasperski

SVP, Automation Group Leader

Mike Kasperski, Senior Vice President and Automation Group Leader, leads enVista’s automation practice and brings more than 30 years of experience in the material handling industry, including system design and implementation. Throughout his career, Kasperski has provided material handling solutions for companies such as The Sports Authority, Random House, McGraw Hill, Staples, Kohl’s, Anheuser-Busch, Kimberly Clark, FedEx and many more.

Prior to joining enVista, Kasperski spent 16 years at Automotion, Inc. performing roles from National Account Sales to President of the Automotion Systems Group where he focused on retail and direct to consumer fulfillment.

Shane Smith

SVP, Supply Chain Solutions

As enVista’s Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Solutions, Shane Smith brings 30 years of experience as a results-oriented executive supply chain leader, overseeing operations and designing and administering systems in diverse distribution/manufacturing environments. He brings to his projects a unique blend of skills honed from complementary supply chain perspectives.

Shane has provided leadership on supply chain management practices for large, established key clients, creating “world-class” distribution centers. His experience includes liaising across functions, including executive management and coordinating resources for improvement of processes and procedures. Additionally, he consulted on the efficient, productive management of budgets, personnel and timelines, as well as set and adhered to project schedules, budgets and deadlines, and monitored/tracked progress. He also offers expertise in negotiating cost-efficient purchases and overseeing implementation of cutting-edge software solutions.

Jessica Money

VP, Marketing

Jessica, Vice President of Marketing, leads enVista’s marketing and communications teams. Jessica is an expert in fostering brand growth, creating strategic marketing plans, and generating demand. With over 10 years of experience in the supply chain industry and 15+ years of experience in business, communications and marketing, she is a trusted source of supply chain knowledge and marketing expertise.

Prior to joining enVista in 2012, Jessica’s roles included Consultant at Ernst & Young and Public Relations for the City of Carmel, Indiana. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Butler University and a J.D. and MBA from Indiana University, Bloomington.

Ryan Gerde

VP, Finance

Ryan Gerde is enVista’s Vice President of Finance, bringing over 20 years of experience in financial strategy, financial reporting & compliance, technical accounting and operational improvements. Gerde’s areas of expertise include corporate and financial strategy, driving cost savings through spend analysis, and driving bottom line growth by identifying areas of risk and seizing financial opportunities. Gerde also has extensive experience creating sound accounting practices and thorough finance operations in the public and private sectors.

Prior to enVista, Gerde was the Controller of Round Room Holdings, Inc, where he focused on financial reporting and consolidation for a variety of companies within the Round Room portfolio. Prior to joining Round Room, he spent five years with Ingram Micro Mobility as the Accounting Manager.

Ryan earned his MBA in Accounting/Finance from Indiana University (Bloomington) from the Kelley School of Business.

Amy Mader

General Counsel

Amy Mader has counseled and led organizations around a myriad of legal matters for over 29 years. Working with enVista since its inception in 2002, she joined the company as General Counsel in 2019 where she oversees all global legal affairs, including contracts, intellectual property and corporate and compliance matters across the organization. Prior to joining enVista, Mader ran her own successful legal firm where she served a counseled clients on business and employment matters.

Mader is passionate about working with enVista owners, clients and partners. Her counsel is integral to enVista’s strategic direction and plans. Mader received her Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Spanish from Miami University where she graduated cum laude. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from Valparaiso University, graduating cum laude and serving as the Editor-in-Chief of the Valparaiso University Law Review.

Aaron Coleman

Sr. Director, Human Capital

Aaron Coleman is enVista’s Senior Director of Human Capital, bringing over 25 years of experience in human resources and operations. Coleman’s areas of expertise include strategic planning, talent acquisition, talent/performance management, change management, employee engagement and benefits administration.

Prior to enVista, Coleman was an independent HR Consultant where he focused on helping small-to-mid sized companies develop and implement human resource best practices. Aaron has experience supporting and growing companies through successful scaling strategies. Previous to independent consulting, he spent several years in key human resource roles as an HR Business Partner for the Indiana University School of Medicine and Human Resources Director for Pharmakon LTC Pharmacy. In those roles, Aaron launched talent acquisition initiatives to source and recruit top talent, developed onboarding and training to upskill talent and created leader-friendly tools to facility KPI-based decision-making.
