enVista uniquely positions its EMEA FAP practice to meet the growing demand for shippers outside of North America

INDIANAPOLIS (August 4, 2022) – enVista, a global software, consulting, managed services and automation firm optimizing and transforming physical and digital commerce, today announces that its EMEA-based Freight Audit and Payment practice saw a 48% YoY revenue increase from 2020 to 2021.

enVista established its North American FAP practice in 2002. Following more than a decade of success, it expanded its FAP practice, opening an office in Liverpool, United Kingdom in 2014 to meet customer demands in EMEA.

enVista Director of Global Implementation, Chas Kocks, said, “Our EMEA practice is growing because we’re focused on removing the traditional barriers to international FAP. We take care of our customers’ transportation partners by offering flexible, electronic invoice options and pursuing completely paperless solutions. We also eliminate resistance to the idea of a third-party partnership and outsourced models by sharing the compelling success stories from our North American partnerships. As a result, much of our business comes from existing relationships that want to share the value with their international affiliates, establish financial control and visibility, and ultimately have a best-in-class global business process for FAP.”

Kocks continued, “What separates enVista from our competition is our people – we sell global FAP and back it up with the network of global offices and experienced resources well-versed in the legal, regulatory and cultural requirements of an international audit and outsourced financial process. We work in the time zone, speak the language and provide dedicated FAP support for our customers and their carrier network anywhere in the world.”

enVista’s global FAP practice services more than 400 customers with a 98% client retention rate. The EMEA FAP operation supports over 225 individual fiscal sites across 27 customer partnerships.
