INDIANAPOLIS (September 27, 2022) – enVista, a leading supply chain and enterprise technology consulting firm, today announces that Supply & Demand Chain Executive selected enVista Director, Transportation, Britain Pavlic, as a recipient of the 2022 Women in Supply Chain award. The Women in Supply Chain award honors female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship and examples set a foundation for women at all levels of a company’s supply chain network. This year’s list includes individuals from all over the industry who have helped supply chain clients and the supply chain community at large prepare to meet many of today’s and tomorrow’s challenges.

Pavlic has a proven record of using innovation to improve transportation network processes and logistics operations. Pavlic has held management roles for two decades, focusing in areas from customer service to quality control, technology implementation and integration and solutions architecture and design. In her role as director, technology consulting, Pavlic guided her team through removing manual touch of 2,000+ weekly customer invoices with an automated cost allocation system, increasing efficiency immensely.

enVista Receives Supply & Demand Chain Executive Top Supply Chain Project Award for WMS Implementation with Big Rock Sports

Körber Acquires enVista’s Enspire Commerce & FAP Services

INDIANAPOLIS (July 21, 2022) – enVista, a leading global provider of consulting, technology, managed services and automation solutions that optimize and transform physical and digital commerce, announces today that it is selling its global freight audit and payment (FAP) services and its Enspire Commerce platform of omnichannel software solutions, including its market-leading order management system (OMS), to Körber. Targeted to close September 1, 2022, the sale will allow enVista to strategically focus on fast-tracking growth plans for its global supply chain consulting, IT managed services, Microsoft, robotics and automation solutions, while giving enVista’s commerce and transportation offerings a broader software platform and ecosystem for accelerated growth at Körber.

As part of the acquisition, approximately 400 of enVista’s 850 global associates will transition to Körber, including enVista CEO Jim Barnes, who will help lead Körber’s strategic direction and Unified Commerce and FAP practices, reporting to Chad Collins CEO Software, Körber Business Area Supply Chain. Barnes will continue to be part of enVista’s strategic leadership as a remaining owner and member of a board of directors that will be put into place. enVista partner and co-founder, John Stitz, will become enVista’s CEO at the time of closing.
