Helpful Tips For Ordering Parts

Providing a factory order (FO) number or serial number to enVista will help ensure the correct part is shipped. Each power conveyor shipped from Hytrol is labeled with a serial number and a FO number. Gravity conveyors only have a FO number. The label is usually located on the conveyor channel, near the drive or midpoint of the length. In the absence of these numbers, enVista will need to know the model, overall length, and overall width of the conveyor. Other information might be required depending on the needed part.

Parts Replaced Under Warranty

If a conveyor fails while under warranty, replacement parts will be shipped to repair the conveyor. After the replacement parts are shipped from Hytrol, enVista will issue a return authorization tag for inspection and credit. When the return authorization is received, the defective parts must be shipped to Hytrol at the address below. Please don’t discard defective parts; they must be returned to replace the parts under warranty.
